Logistics & Customs Clearance for Exporting to Russia

Transport, customs clearance and marking in a single chain, through one contractor. Goods arrive at our bonded warehouse near the EU border, are cleared and coded there, and move on into Russia and the EAEU ready for sale.

What we handle

International transport

Road, sea, rail, air and multimodal. We plan the route around your cargo, timeline and budget.

Groupage shipments

When your volume is smaller than a full truck or container, we consolidate it so you pay only for the space you use.

Customs clearance

Declaration, document preparation and support through release, for both import and export.

Foreign-trade outsourcing

We run the external-trade side so you do not need an in-house department.

Warehousing and consolidation

Receipt, responsible storage and consolidation at our bonded warehouse near the EU border.

Marking, when required

Chestny Znak and Electronic Mark DataMatrix coding, applied in the same chain.

Why route through the EU border

One point of contact

Transport, customs and marking from one contractor instead of coordinating three suppliers.

Inside the customs union

Clearance and marking happen right before the Russian and EAEU market, cutting time and risk.

Near the EU border

Minimal logistics overhead for goods arriving from Europe.

Marking built in

The one thing most forwarders cannot do, we do in the same chain.

Describe your route

Send the origin, the cargo and the volumes. We come back with cost and delivery options.

Deliver, clear and mark — in one chain

Exporting to Russia and the EAEU means more than shipping a pallet. The goods have to be transported, cleared through customs, and — for a growing list of categories — marked in the Chestny Znak (Honest Sign) system before they can legally be sold. Handled separately, that is three contractors and three points of failure.

We run it as one window: freight forwarding, customs clearance and warehousing at the EU border, with mandatory Chestny Znak marking done in the same chain, right after clearance.

Frequently asked questions

Can you deliver my goods to Russia and clear customs for me?
Yes. We arrange international transport (road, sea, rail, air or multimodal), handle customs clearance and declaration, and take your goods through to the Russian and EAEU market. You deal with one point of contact instead of a separate carrier, broker and marking contractor.
Do my goods need Chestny Znak marking as well?
If your product is in a regulated category, then yes — every unit must carry a valid DataMatrix code before it can be sold in Russia. This is where we are different from an ordinary forwarder: we mark the goods in the same chain, right after customs, at our bonded warehouse near the EU border. No second contractor, no lost time.
What does turnkey foreign-trade (VED) support include?
Route planning and a freight quote, transport, preparation of shipping documents, customs declaration, consulting on trade terms, warehousing and consolidation, and — where required — marking and labelling. You receive the goods delivered, cleared and ready for sale.
Do you handle groupage (part-load) shipments?
Yes. If your volume is smaller than a full truck or container, we consolidate it as a groupage (LCL) shipment so you only pay for the space you use.
Which transport modes do you work with?
Road, sea, rail, air and multimodal. We pick the mode and route to suit the cargo, timeline and budget — sometimes combining several modes on one route is the most cost-effective option.
How is the cost calculated?
It depends on the route, transport mode, cargo type and volume, urgency and the set of services (transport only, or also customs, warehousing and marking). Send us the cargo details and destination and we will reply with a quote and options.
