Selling into Russia, Belarus or the EAEU? Your goods must be marked.

Russia (Chestny Znak, “Honest Sign”) and Belarus (Electronic Mark) require a growing list of product categories to carry a unique DataMatrix code before they can legally be sold. The list expands across the wider Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) — Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan — every year. For a foreign manufacturer, an unmarked or incorrectly marked shipment means customs holds, rejected goods and fines.

We handle that step for you, inside the customs union, right before your goods reach the shelf.

What we do

  • Chestny Znak & Electronic Mark labelling — we obtain, apply and verify the DataMatrix codes your products need.
  • Label design & print — layouts that meet every technical requirement of the marking systems.
  • Aggregation — codes linked into boxes and pallets for clean, scannable logistics.
  • Bonded warehousing & fulfilment — receiving, sorting, quality control, storage and dispatch.
  • Customs support — so marking and clearance happen in one place, not three.
  • Freight & foreign-trade support — we can also arrange transport and help deliver your goods to the warehouse, backed by 20+ years of logistics and foreign-trade (import/export) experience.

Why a warehouse 50 km from the EU border matters

Our authorised warehouse in Belarus sits 50 km from Latvia and 140 km from Lithuania. Your goods leave the EU, get marked and warehoused at the doorstep of the customs union, and move on into Russia and the EAEU — with far less time and cost than marking deeper inside the region.

Trusted by exporters

With 20+ years in logistics and forwarding, we already mark products for importers across Russia and Belarus — including international cosmetics manufacturers exporting into the Russian market. More about us →
