The list expands across the wider Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) — Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan — every year. For a foreign manufacturer, an unmarked or incorrectly marked shipment means customs holds, rejected goods and fines.
