This Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on the website https://promarkirovka.by/ (the “Website”), for what purpose, how long they are stored, and how a visitor can refuse them. The Website is operated by the production and trading unitary enterprise “Komplekt-M” (PTUE “Komplekt-M”).
This Policy supplements the Consent to the processing of personal data and does not replace it.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in the visitor’s browser and receives back on subsequent requests. Cookies make it possible to tell one browser from another and to join several page views into a single visit.
Alongside cookies, the Website uses browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). Technically these are not cookies: such entries are not sent to a server automatically and stay in the browser. They are described here on equal terms because they serve comparable purposes.
Which cookies the Website uses
The Website sets no cookies of its own. Every cookie listed below is set by a third-party analytics or advertising system.

Exact cookie names and lifetimes are determined by those systems and may be changed by their providers without our involvement.
The Website’s own browser-storage entries are functional: they remember your decision on this Policy, whether the pop-up form has already been shown or a request already sent, and how many times the free tools have been used. They contain nothing the visitor typed and are not shared with anyone.
Purposes
Cookies are used solely in order to:
- measure traffic and understand which materials and services are in demand;
- identify referral sources and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- detect faults in the Website and its free tools;
- avoid showing again what the visitor has already seen or dismissed.
Cookies are not used to take decisions with legal effect concerning the visitor and are not shared with third parties other than as stated above.
Consent and legal basis
English, Italian, German, Spanish and French versions. Analytics systems are not loaded until consent is given: on the first visit a request appears with equally weighted “Accept” and “Necessary only” options. Until the visitor chooses, no third-party script is loaded and no cookie is set. A refusal is stored and not asked again. Consent is valid for 12 months, after which it is requested anew.
Russian version. Its audience and all of our advertising campaigns are in Russia and Belarus. There, analytics systems load when the page opens and a notice about the use of cookies with a link to this Policy is shown at the bottom of the screen.
How to refuse or change your decision
- Change your cookie decision — the stored answer is deleted and the request appears again.
- Cookies can be deleted and blocked in your browser settings; see your browser’s help pages for instructions.
- You can opt out of Yandex Metrica with Yandex’s opt-out tool and out of Google Analytics with the official browser add-on.
Disabling cookies does not restrict access to the Website’s content. Individual conveniences — such as remembering that the pop-up form was already dismissed — will stop working.
Relation to personal data
Cookies by themselves contain no name, phone number, e-mail address or other information that directly identifies a person. Such information reaches the Operator only when the visitor fills in the contact form; its processing is described in the Consent to the processing of personal data.
Analytics data is processed by the respective providers under their own policies: Yandex, Google, PostHog.
Changes to this Policy
The Operator may amend this Policy, for example when an analytics system is added or removed. The current version is always published on this page; the date of the last update is given at the top.
