PDF layouts online
The most economical option. We prepare the layouts with unique codes and hand over the file for printing on your side. Standard for clients in Poland, the EU and worldwide.
Full print-shop cycle
We obtain the codes, generate the layouts, print self-adhesive labels on industrial thermal-transfer equipment and hand over the finished batch as rolls or sheets. The most requested format.
Printing plus application
Labels are applied to your goods at our authorised warehouse near the EU border, so the consignment continues into Russia and the EAEU already compliant.

For foreign clients the most requested format is print-ready PDF layouts delivered online: you send the codes (or we obtain them for you), we generate a batch of unique labels — each with its own DataMatrix, expiry date and variable fields — and deliver the PDF by e-mail or file exchange the same day. You print on your own equipment; no shipping, no customs, no delay.
What each label contains
Every label is generated individually: a unique GS1 DataMatrix code, the GTIN, expiry date, importer or manufacturer details and the other mandatory fields required by the marking system. Source codes are accepted in any format — TXT, CSV, XLS, PDF, EPS.
Label sizes
The size is selected to match the product and the amount of mandatory data.

What determines the price
The main factor is batch volume — the larger the run, the lower the unit price. The label size and material, the number of expiry dates and SKUs within the batch (each requires its own variable-data layout), who obtains the codes (your account is cheaper; our full-service account requires no involvement on your side), and whether aggregation and application are required all enter the quotation. Urgent batches of up to 10,000 codes are produced on the day of request.
Aggregation and reporting
On request we link unit codes to group SSCC codes for boxes and pallets and file the application and aggregation reports in the marking system — the step that makes a consignment acceptable at wholesale receiving in Russia and Belarus.
