Questions operators ask
Do we need an IT integration to start?
No. The first shipments run without it: you send the code file and the goods data, we return labels or marked goods. An integration comes later, if the volume needs it.
Do you have an API or a WMS connector?
There is no ready API or WMS connector. Our own developers build an integration of any type for a specific client: the format and the exchange are agreed per project.
Where are the goods marked?
At our authorised warehouse in Sharkovshchina, Belarus, 50 km from Latvia. If the goods stay at your warehouse, we send print-ready PDF labels or printed rolls for your team to apply.
Which marking systems do you work with?
Chestny Znak in Russia and Electronic Mark in Belarus. Our print shop is on the Electronic Mark operator’s list of printing houses.
What is an authorised warehouse?
Our warehouse is on the Belarus Ministry of Taxes list of warehouses for storing and marking goods (Resolution No. 17 of 3 May 2021, Annex 3, entry 75). To be listed, a warehouse has to meet state requirements: marking equipment and software, proper storage conditions and controlled access. Its owner must have no tax arrears and no administrative offences in business or taxation.
How is the price set?
By the number of products and batches, the label format and whether application and aggregation are needed, not by the number of codes. After the walkthrough or the first file we send a quote within 1 business day.
What does the walkthrough cover?
In 15–20 minutes we show the scheme on a real example: what your client sends, what we do, what comes back and how long it takes. Free, with no commitment.
